It is hard to find from 41. Looks like a dark building like the ones near it. From the outside it is boring. Just a white building with a blue awning. The windows are boring. No fabric or quilts hanging to get your attention. Nice inside. Could use more fabric. I looked at a Janome machine there and bought it for about $800.00 cheaper else where. Having said that upon looking into the work room my comment was “oh wow”. I also did not hear good things about the repair dept. warranty things were not covered etc.
I recently purchased my new sewing/embroidery machine a Husqvarna Viking Ruby Royale. Sue and Teresa educated me on all my options and gave me hands on test drives on machines I was interested in. They made purchasing and getting my new machine a breeze. Sue took the time to sit with me and educate me on my machine and even unpacked and went through each item with me, she made sure I was comfortable before leaving the store. Charlotte Sewing Studio is a true blessing for all of us that sews, quilts and machine embroideries. Teresa (the owner) is such a wonderful person and store owner. The store carries several makes and models of sewing, embroidery, sergers and long arm machines. There are so many classes that they offer so if you’re new to sewing or experience there is something for everyone. Thank you Teresa for all you do!
Went in looking for a new sewing machine and was greeted warmly by the owner. They have an excellent selection of machines and I was able to try out several brands. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and able to answer my many questions about the differences in each brand. Also carry a nice selection of fabric. Great place to shop!
