Last week I ordered a dress from the online website, only to receive a pair of white shorts when my package arrived in the mail. I called the customer service number this morning and spoke with a "Sheniqua" who stated she was the supervisor. The only resolution she could come up with was to for them to submit a new order to be shipped out to me but the crazy part is they expected me to repay for the dress all over again. don't ever order from them , horrible customer service , tried to return 2 item that didn't and it took 3 phone calls and still not done . managers don't call back , and they won't take your calls . NEVER EVER EVER
