My experience with this company was awesome. I qualified for a great home that I lived in for 2 years in a nice neighborhood. Great communication with management and maintenance from day 1 until I moved out. Thank you so much to their team especially June, she was my contact point for any issue. If I didn't leave Charlotte I would have stayed with them forever. Honestly I love this company better than the bigger ones in Charlotte as I've dealt with at least 3 for the 10 years being there. One of the rentals they manage is a complete dump. Yard never cleaned up, leaves never cleaned up, over 10 years+ of leaves piling up.
Friendly staff. Respone time within 24 hours. Fair price properties /Fees. Moderate location.
