Amazing! The staff of the radiology department are wonderful! Huge thanks and raves to Laura and Cassidy! We were so lucky to have them comfort our little one. They were sooo kind and compassionate and fun! Thanks guys!
Disgustingly unethical billing practices. They try to cheat hard working people out of their money. Even when they are told by my insurance company that they billed the service incorrectly, they still sent me to collections. DISGUSTING.
Michael did my procedure and put a stent in and he did a fine job but prior to the procedure the girl didn't give me any pain medication and I felt a tremendous amount of pain when they started and I only got pain medication when I complained about the severe pain, and then to make things worse one of the girls came to my hospital room and looked at me seriously and said that I have their stent in me and I belong to them now so I don't see them anymore period. I didn't go to my follow-up appointments, nobody owns me.
DON’T DO IT!!! WHOEVER MANAGES THEIR PHONE NEEDS TO BE FIRED. YOU WILL BE IN HOLD FOR AN EXTENDED ACCOUNT OF TIME IT’S RIDICULOUS. I WAS ON HOLD 45 BEFORE HANGING UP. NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE!!!!
