The place is not well designed. Not pedestrian-friendly going from the parking deck to the offices. No vending machines or even a drinking fountain when you are waiting, though the desk offered me a bottle of water. I only found one unisex bathroom on the entire first floor. Driving in the parking deck is confusing with no signs telling you where to exit.
Efficiency was great, nurses are wonderful, explained everything to me, reassured me about my procedure and Dr was excellent Have no fear about returning for remaining 4 procedures
