Mammogram - No pain at all.
My visit with Charlotte Radiology was a very positive experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which helped ease any stress and showed a high level of organization and professionalism. Was told I couldn’t see although I was within the grace period window. Receptionist denied my appointment because “my paperwork wouldn’t be completed within 2 minutes.” Although I am a returning patient. With an empty waiting room I’m sure I could have been seen for my mammogram but for some reason I wasn’t extended the full grace period.
