Front desk was very friendly. Medical assistant doing the mammogram was extremely nice. Overall it was a very good experience.
I have been a client of this operation for I think 5 years or more. Everytime I visit I am always greeted and treated with professionalism, kindness and a welcoming staff that just wants all their clients to be comfortable and respected. The atmosphere upon entry is calm and organized and all the staff behind the doors are equally if not more so, welcoming, friendly and kind. This was the best mammogram experience I’ve ever had. The Text are kind and greatly skilled. This was a pain-free experience for the first time. I highly encourage all of you to get in there get it done and to ask for Meredith.
I have been on the phone for over 2 hours today going on 3 hours and still no one will take my call, trying to get to a live person. First and second time I did the call me back option where a call rep will call me back later. They keep hanging up right when I answer. I call back a third time clicking the same options, do not do the call back option as it is not working so stay on hold for 30-minute for that person to say wrong department and sent me to another one that said I was 35th in line.
