bad managment of offices – I have contacted this lady several times with no response to my problem! i have been treated badly by this place and this Cathleen Bates has no concern for the wellfare of the patients or her staff! she needs to go back to school to learn how to handle problems with the public and with her staff! She is just not the right person in this position. Beware people for this is a bad company to deal with!
