They deserve 0 stars. First, they never called me to schedule an appointment, I received a text on a Saturday stating that I have an appt at 7:45am on the upcoming Monday without even confirming with me. No number in the text for me to call either. Poor communication. I called a number I found on Google and could not get through to a live person for several days. The only decent part of this process was the MRI technician and thorough reading by the radiologist. There needs to be A LOT of improvement with their Scheduling Dept & being on hold for so long and with their “Pricing Dept.” I received a text for the estimated amount I would owe prior to the MRI. It was $920 when I only owed $92! I couldn’t get them on the phone, and of course their voicemail was full, so I couldn’t leave a msg to dispute the charges. Prior to driving 45 minutes, I called a week earlier to inquire to pick up a copy of my husband results for an MRI. As his spouse I am listed on the paperwork for any information to be released if needed. Upon my arrival the gentleman at the front desk rushed without asking exactly what I was there for or did his research to double check in the system. I had a diagnostic mammogram today and was provided with excellent care. Sarah, Alice, and Dr Shannon McCrann were very caring and made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire exam. I highly recommend Charlotte Radiology and would not hesitate to go back.
