unprofessional and dishonest. I am at a loss for words about how poorly my wife was treated by the crooks that work in the business office for this company. Go anywhere else even if you had to drive hours away.
I went to the Monroe location. It was so difficult to even get an appointment that my doctor had to fax them to reach them. Office staff is not trained well. They even talk about clients in public areas so other clients can hear. Forms can’t be explained by front desk staff. Doctor Morgan had a conversation with me about breast lumps I have while I sat there and still had gel and paper towels clinging to my naked boobs. RecommendedWonderfully kind people! Very caring. Apparently they are in dire need of additional office help. Every single time I called I had to wait 6 minutes on the phone jumping through hoops...ie “press 1 for ...” or “listen for our options” or “ all of our staff is busy helping others” .....then you have to leave a message that is not returned.
