My initial experience was on its way to being like many others posted, but Matthew Golay made the difference. One of the representatives seemed very unconcerned about fulfilling my request for a billing matter to be resolved, but Matthew stepped in to elevate my experience. The person that helped me never said good morning, thank you, - nothing. Very bland, and full of attitude. I hope I never have to talk to those people again.
This company doesn't deserve any stars. After going through an unexpected premature birth, I began receiving bills from charlotte radiology. My insurance covers up to 3 x-rays therefore this was fully insured/covered. However, even after explaining over and over, they kept aggressively billing and calling. Having the funds available, I proceeded to pay to get them from the continuous hharassing. CAUTION!! Im sorry if you are reading this because you more than likely got a bill from Charlotte Radiology and you are about to end up in tears, just like my dear friend. So this is a sick company that preys on sick and injured people. If you are unlucky enough to have to go to the hospital for whatever reason you will be double punished by having some of your bills sent to these people.
