Very pleasant staff. Efficient, informative, and very sweet.
I was nervous about my mammogram because I have dense breasts and it is typically very painful for me. I explained this to my tech at the Ballantyne location and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable. This was the the best experience I’ve had in the last 12 years of having mammograms.
I was in this office on 1-21-26 for a bone density test. I am needing for it to be known at this office there needs to be safety handrails at all weigh scales. There needs to be software in place where we can set up appointments online by ourselves. Also where we can properly pay for our appointment. The heating and a.c. system has gone haywire or the office wouldn't have little plastic boxes with big hoses attached to them for heat and air. Thanks Tina
