The service guy dion was extremely nice and professional. He took his time and explained everything to me and was able to fix what I could afford. Although he doesn't set the price his company is expensive. Overall he did a great job.

Very profesional. We had our water heather replaced. The tech came the same day I called, gave me an estimate and once I approved it he got to work. The technician had to stay late to finish but I had everything in working order by the end of the afternoon . Price also reasonable .

We were very pleased with Diyan who evaluated the problem and identified the problem and offered multiple options. He took his time and checked out the entire system. He spent a little extra time to make sure we understood the solution we selected. Diyan is a professional and very good at his job.

Got a broken sewer pipe repair and a new outdoor faucet replacement from Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Mike Adams did excellent work and was fast, courteous, and professional. This is my second time using them and I'll definitely call on them again!
