Diyan was great. He listened to my concerns and gave a thorough explanation of what was required to clear my drains. Explained the cost. I believe he didn’t work as though it was his own house. Will definitely use again for all my plumbing needs.

Charlotte Plumbing was brought in to get to the bottom of why we were not having consistent hot water which had been an ongoing issue since Thanksgiving. Not only did they figure out the issue and resolve it, the tech provided a suggestion so as not to have a reoccurrence. They were extremely responsive and got us on the schedule quickly and wasn’t just prompt but arrived early. I definitely want to use them for any future needs.

Mr. Mitev was efficient, considerate and timely. We have used Charlotte Plumbing Masters more than once and have been happy with the service, toilet/garbage disposal/shower knob repair went seamlessly. We will continue to use this company for our plumbing needs.

Charlotte Plumbing Masters was quick to help schedule a visit, and the technician, Diyan, was professional and knowledgeable. We were presented with options every step of the way, and given clear feedback whenever we asked a question. We never doubted the service and feel positive about the services and experience received. We would recommend Charlotte Plumbing Masters to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Good service, a lot of work completed the same day with minimal downtime for my water. The same person who quoted the work carried out the labor. Fair price and good warranty.
