Overall good experience. I had a leaky toilet, called to get an appointment. A plumber was at my home within 30 minutes to correct my problem.
This is our second time using Charlotte Plumbing Masters, and the second time working with John Raymond. As expected they were fast, punctual, kind, and hard working! This time it wasn't our toilet but a gas leak. John Raymond was punctual, called when he was on his way, and was as charismatic as always.
