Got a broken sewer pipe repair and a new outdoor faucet replacement from Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Mike Adams did excellent work and was fast, courteous, and professional. This is my second time using them and I'll definitely call on them again!

I was very impressed with this company. Michael Adams was very efficient, friendly and polite. He explained what he had to do to fix my problem. I would recommend this company for any plumbing problems.

Love the professionalism of both techs that came out. They did a great job and followed through all the work. Also they left everything clean and orderly in its place. They explained everything what they was going to do and as they went through it by giving us the confidence that they knew what they were doing. Great job Charlotte Plumbing Masters. ♥️💕♥️

I highly recommend this company and would give it 10 stars if possible. We had a terrible experience with another plumber that made 2 appointments and never showed. They came right out and fixed our outside water leak. Thanks Tim, John and Avery for exceptional customer service and completing the job so quickly and efficiently. Mary

Not happy with the service/estimate for the work. I was quoted $550 for replacing the pressure value to address a leak and I declined it. The other plumbing company fixed it by just tightening the pipe connector. They declined to charge me for such a simple fix. They lost my business for good.
