Got a broken sewer pipe repair and a new outdoor faucet replacement from Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Mike Adams did excellent work and was fast, courteous, and professional. This is my second time using them and I'll definitely call on them again!
The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very patient explaining every detail to me. I would definitely recommend this company. They were quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with.
Overall service was very good. Needed whole toilet replaced as well as the pipe redone. Also leak found between washing machine and dryer. Required the hot and cold hoses to be replaced and found the dryer outlet pipe was broken leading to water moister running underneath.
Charlotte plumbing Masters does Great work. Hope their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and experienced. They work very efficiently and get the job done quickly and correctly.
As always, our experience with CPM was great. Fast response, knowledgeable and professional. They are my go-to for any plumbing issues.
