Got a broken sewer pipe repair and a new outdoor faucet replacement from Charlotte Plumbing Masters. Mike Adams did excellent work and was fast, courteous, and professional. This is my second time using them and I'll definitely call on them again!
I have had many waterline leaks since moving to Charlotte and in this Highland Creek neighborhood and many plumbers came and when. Today, is the 1st time in the 15yrs living here that I felt the job was done right, by Charlotte Plumbing Masters. I can rest knowing that I may not have this problem again. I was very impressed with this company. Michael Adams was very efficient, friendly and polite. He explained what he had to do to fix my problem. I would recommend this company for any plumbing problems.
I highly recommend this company and would give it 10 stars if possible. We had a terrible experience with another plumber that made 2 appointments and never showed.
