Our shower handle malfunctioned, and despite trying to turn off the water coming from it, it never abated. Called Charlotte Plumbing and they could not have been more amazing. I discovered my water tank leaking and called Charlotte Plumbing ASAP I spoke with Courtney who was amazing from the moment she picked up the phone. She is very knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. She explained that there were no techs available until Thursday but she worked her magic and was able to get me in on Wednesday. Had a clogged faucet aerator. Didn't have the right tool to remove the aerator. Posted on the Wellen Park Facebook page looking for help. Ashley, from Charlotte Plumbing, posted right away that they could help. Called and talked to Ashley. She was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. She scheduled me for the next day. Technician, Damien, showed up on time the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly removed the clogged aerator and thoroughly cleaned it and flushed the faucet.
