First time needing a plumber so asked for recommendations from neighbors & Charlotte Plumbing was highly recommended. My bathroom shower & toilet were backing up which in the past has been an indication that my septic needed pumped but asked a plumber friend back home his opinion. This is truly a 5 star business! The ladies in the office, especially Courtney, are wonderful, great personalities and very helpful. They schedule us the following day, they show up on time and Rick who has been our service representative is excellent at what he does. Rick installed our hot water tank, our kitchen faucet and 2 bathroom faucets, no job too big or too small. I will continue to use Charlotte Pluming for all of our plumbing needs. Highly recommend them!
