I was disappointed with our experience at this office. I felt like I ended up doing most of the exam on my 3 year old myself. My daughter has overcrowding, but the dentist only briefly glanced at her teeth and asked me what was going on, without providing a clear explanation or guidance. The exam area is also one large, shared room with no privacy. Overall, the visit felt like a waste of time. I expected more thorough care and a better experience from a pediatric dental office.
I went back for my fourth Follow-up, visit And the brothers They were out of town vacationing . I had to see mallory, and martina, this particular day OMG!! They both were awesome, and they both were so wonderful conversating with Martina and I could not stop laughing So hard talking about different topics. Today was my 2.5 yo son’s first dental appointment. He didn’t even cry! All of the staff was welcoming and friendly! The DDS took time to answer my questions. The hygienist was patient with my son. The office is clean, bright, open. Highly recommend.
Dr. Williams was amazing with our 2 year old. The staff are nice, very clean. We wish Dr. Williams was the regular dentist at this location but she’s not. Hopefully we have a great experience at the next visit.
Friendly, proficient and professional is what I can say about the Ballantyne office. Elizabeth is awesomeness. She is so informative in what to expect and payment options. I love the transparency re services and payments options. Dr. Burrow is so nice and kind. He did not rush through our visit and answered all of my daughter and I questions on the outline of her dental care plan.
