Friendly, proficient and professional is what I can say about the Ballantyne office. Elizabeth is awesomeness. She is so informative in what to expect and payment options. I love the transparency re services and payments options. Dr. Burrow is so nice and kind. He did not rush through our visit and answered all of my daughter and I questions on the outline of her dental care plan.
I've been going to Lume Orthodontics for about 2 years and words can't express how happy I am to have found them. From the front desk, to every hygienist - my experiences have all been awesome. This was my first time coming to lume the office was clean and the secretary was very nice. And then when I met the assistant and the doctor that's actually going to put my braces on, he was so cool one of the coolest guys, you'll ever meet i will return on June the 12th to actually have my braces put on. I'm also bringing 2 of my children to have their braces done here as well. I will repost again pictures after I have them. We’ve been with Dr. Burrow and his team for a year now. Our oldest son just finished his braces and the process was seamless. His teeth look great. The office and treatment areas are all spotless. We just started our youngest on a palate expander/braces and the process is going smoothly. The staff is always pleasant and professional. We also appreciate the flexibility with appointments so the kids do not have to miss school. I highly recommend Lume Orthodontics.
