I won't be returning to this location. Female staff member was rude about completing my sons semi annual cleaning. She made me uncomfortable with the idea of any service from her so we left and scheduled somewhere else. I recommend the Billingsley road office for anyone looking to schedule. Their team is amazing!
My kids always feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed every time we come in. The staff is so patient and kind, and they truly take the time to make sure the kids are at ease. It makes such a difference knowing they actually look forward to their dental visits!
My daughter had her first cavity and she was very nervous and anxious. From the friendly staff, to the amazing dentist who filled her cavity, we were so pleased with how she was treated. They made her feel welcome, comfortable, and alleviated her anxiety by educating her on the filling process with honesty and reassurance. What a great practice!! Thank you for the care you provide to our children! I appreciate the high level of compassion you provide!!!!
