Ms. Connie—the nurse who collected vitals and put me in a room was GREAT! She was friendly, prompt, and gentle (when administering my steroid shot). Dr. Patel was AWESOME! It was my first time seeing her while visiting Minor Care. She was professional and poised. She LISTENED, carefully to me, evaluated me, and treated me aggressively—to get me well. EXCELLENCE overall!
You got the timing: check-in,waiting room of 15 minutes,exam room within 15minutes or unless. And, testing as a process of finding out what was the problem. Even, timing of doctor arrival. Thank you
