Outstanding! Dr. Whiteside is so thorough and kind. I have a very complicated case, and he fully explained all my options. I left feeling confident about my next steps and very hopeful about the prospects of resolving my issues. His staff was accommodating and caring! I live on the other side of town and drove an hour to see them, and I am glad I did. They are great!
Dr. Brandon Whiteside has been out Ophthalmologist for over 15 years . He and his staff are always kind, caring, polite, answers our questions and have taken good care of our eyes. We are very pleased.
I have seen Dr Whiteside for 2 annual exams and had a great experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, as is Dr. Whiteside. I did not experience any wait for my scheduled appointments. They have a large selection of frames, and I just ordered a new pair of glasses. The price was comparable to other optical stores.
I saw Dr Whiteside about 4 times in 2021. I was only 28 at the time, and was dealing with very dry eyes to the point where they were bloodshot and itchy. I have been a contacts-wearer since 2008. Dr Whiteside told me repeatedly that I just needed to get lasik eye surgery and that would fix all my issues. I told him the first time he recommended it that I could not afford it, but he kept repeating this recommendation every time I came in even though I clearly couldn’t afford it.
