My eye exam was excellent. The entire staff was genuinely friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. Everyone was knowledgeable, explained every step clearly. Dr Whiteside was thorough, took time to check everything carefully, and made sure I understood my results. The whole appointment felt professional and caring. I highly recommend them for anyone needing an eye exam.

Highly recommend Dr. Whiteside and the team at Charlotte Ophthalmology Center in Birkdale! My husband and I have been patients for years. From the front desk to the framework, the staff is attentive, professional, and full of positive vibes. Even as the area has grown like crazy, their standard of care remains elite. They never drop the ball! 👁️✨

Dr. Whiteside was pleasant to my daughter’s and I. He also answered my questions and had humor that eased me. I was unsure as to how we’d be treated, but I felt okay about the visit afterwards. It would’ve been nice if there had been one other person working in their vision center so that I could order and purchase what was needed for my daughter and I without having to go back to order what we need. I would recommend Dr. Whiteside.

Great location and close to my home, friendly office staff, though I did almost cancel because I did not have my VPS card...Office staff easily looked it up with my information.i saw Daniela Whitesides because of trouble seeing after cataract surgery in Florida. At first she mentioned that I might need glasses more often, not too happy about that, but after completing my thorough exam she realized that I had posterior capsules on eyes , normal after cataract surgery....Her husband is doing the quick laser procedure next week... read more

I had great experience with Charlotte Ophthalmology Center for Sight for my annual eye exam and purchasing new glasses for playing tennis. The staff was professional, friendly, and efficient from check in to check out. The exam was thorough and everything was explained clearly, which I really appreciated. Selecting new glasses was easy with helpful guidance for my needs. Overall, positive experience and highly recommended.
