Love the girls very nice and friendly both doctors are very friendly and everyone was professional Drs know what they’re doing girls certainly do a lot they get you in and out
Good place nice people. Did good work. Staff is very nice. Mitsy (? I’m not sure but she is the lady who works in the little glasses shop) was very helpful price wise when I was switching the lenses in my frames (prescription was bad but I love the frames). Saved me a good bit of money!
Staff - It was first visit to the center- staff was amazing and answered all the questions politely and with patience. Exam - It was routine eye-checkup for me, it was done nicely. All the rooms were clean and instruments were cleaned using wipes prior to use. I chose to buy the frame and glasses from the same place. The lady on the counter was very helpful and was suggesting options to make the right choice for the frame. Even I got the discount for a frame which otherwise would have cost me $100+ more. Staff was efficient and knowledgeable. Dr Whiteside performed eye exam with as little wait time as needed for eye dilation. Explanations were thorough and I did not feel like he was in any rush to get to other patients.
For a first time patient, I was given what felt like the royal treatment! The customer service was A+ and the wait time was quick‼️. The staff were most courteous and efficient at doing their jobs well. Try them for yourself and hoping you’d agree🙏🏾
