The office staff quickly made an appointment for me on short notice. Upon my arrival I was almost immediately ushered into an exam room by the nurse who did a great job. Shortly thereafter I saw the doctor. He was friendly and very professional. He explained my symptoms directly and simply, making sure I understood the problem. Really couldn’t have asked for a better or more helpful visit.
COC is a very enjoyable place. I used them for cataract surgery in 2023 and was very pleased. I had an issue this week and called for help. They had an opening that afternoon, and there were smiles all around. Good news on my issue, but equally important great people all along the way. A follow-up next week and we’re ‘back in the pink.’
My visit was very good, and I found the front desk staff to be very friendly. I was being send for cataract surgery consult and the technician that examine my eyes gave me a very thorough eye exam; I was very satisfied. I was also pleased when I met Dr Whiteside, he explained the procedure to be done, examined my eyes and ask if I had questions; so far I would diffidently recommend this practices.
The Best experience in a very professional environment. Thoroughly examined my eyes and took the time to listen and ask related questions. Great staff and great Doctor.
