I applaud Charlotte Ophthalmology for their professionalism. The front staff is very courteous and helpful as well as the techs. I do like the fact that when I call I actually get to talk to a REAL person!! When I came in for my appointment I didn’t wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Whiteside took his time and explained what is going on with my eye health. Thank you Charlotte Ophthalmology!!!
First time I have been to this office. The staff first are amazing! So kind and considerate. Very nice interaction with them all. Dr. Whiteside was very thorough and definitely trusting! No doubt I will start going regularly now having found this practice.
I first met with Jennifer who was very helpful and professional. Jennifer began my eye examination and was quick and thorough. Dr. Whiteside then came in to give complete the exam and consultation. He presented my options and answered all of my questions and concerns. I was very happy with the experience.
The staff at Charlotte Ophthalmology Center was amazing! My son usually gets really nervous about going to the eye doctor, but they made him feel so comfortable from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, patient, and explained things in a way he could understand. They even made the visit fun for him, which I didn’t think was possible. By the time we left, he was smiling and saying he wouldn’t mind coming back. I’m so thankful for how kind and caring they were.
The staff here were exceptional. Was struggling over the weekend with a problem and by Monday was out of patience. The young ladies up front went out of their way to find a space to slide me in. Dr. Was kind professional and addressed my problem expeditiously.
