Great venue. Parking made easy. High prices at beer stands. Conssession building moderately priced w good food.

the amphitheater is fine....but the i have called the office for two days with questions and was unable to talk to anyone. i have ppl coming into town for the charlotte jazz concert, and needed info on what was allowed inside. this should be something they post on the web-site. the voice mail states they are closed and will not open til "spring 2015" hello it's mid june 2015...really!!!!. it only takes a few mintues to update your info...PLEASE DO IT...OR ANSWER YOUR PHONE.

Always have a awesome time there. Great venue some of the best musicians from around the world perform here!!! I recommend you come check it out. You want be disappointed!!!!

If you are going to a show to have fun, like metal concerts, this is not the place. I saw A Day To Remember here, and it was a great show, but there was no moshing or crowdsurfing allowed, the staff were rude and strict, and it all just killed the vibe. I am never going here again. But if you are going to see any calm band that everyone is just quiet and sits down, you will love it. But the seats are so annoying when you are trying to have a good time.
