Noah and Thomas came out for our first HVAC service and did a very thorough inspection and notified us of several items which needed our attention like a small gas leak to our system. We made the switch to CM a few years ago to service our primary residence (as well as our rentals) and have never looked back. Nick & Noah were onsite yesterday to perform routine AC services at our small multi-family. They were efficient but thorough...and super polite which is always a nice bonus!
We had a garbage disposal issue and made an appointment online for someone to come and fix it. We had used Charlotte mechanical previously and even though it has been a while, making the appointment online was super simple!! I chose the 2-4 pm and we received a call to let us know the tech was on the way, right around 2 pm. Mike Johns responded to our call and was fantastic!
