I was lucky enough to have my first born here in august, every single woman who works here are the most caring and supportive people I’ve ever met The birthing unit is very spacious and has everything a hospital has except with more privacy! There are menus of restaurants from around town you get to choose from for lunch and dinner (they pay for it) I could go on and on about why I recommend this place and the midwives here but let’s just say it deserves 100/10 stars ❤️
Recently stayed at Charlotte Jean for a night after delivering in Dunedin Hospital and returning to Central Otago. I can’t recommend it enough! So welcoming and cosy, the team were incredible. I recieved so much amazing support with all of my questions and things I needed more help with. I went in feeling very anxious and unsure on how to be a new Mum and left feeling 100x more confident! I would highly recommend that anyone having a baby in Central Otago stay there weather it be for delivery or Post natal care. Thank you to... read more
