I live in the apartment building across the street and this place is the one stain on the neighborhood. I've seen someone get shot in the parking lot twice and there's constant fighting and loud cars racing out of the parking lot. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRUMSTANCE THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. I would give 0 stars if I could.

No matter how hard you try to deal with these people; he and his little Tim will do theor best to find ways to mess with you; text you in hateful manners. Talk like yoir a second class Citizen, WITHOUT EVER MEETING YOU. #RUDE. I was told byba former employee ( many , turnover) they were running several shell companies. Made Me wonder. I didn't realize how terrible this company was until I was moving out. I tried breaking leasing and having open communication with the office months prior to my leaving. I notified them 3 months ahead of time, asked what needed to be done, and told them that I like to get started with the process of breaking my lease. After the 3 months were up (and having checked in every month), i called to find out if there was anything left I need to do before finalizing the process. None of our staff would ever talk to our tenants in this manner. You broke your lease back in June, we are wondering why you are filing this 4 months later. The other roommate/tenant you are referring to, had no issues with us. She did as we asked and left happy and in good standing.
