If I didn't need medication, I'd NEVER go here. I've been pushed into meds I didn't want to take. I've had at LEAST 3-5 psychiatrists because they can't seem to hold onto their staff. The psychiatrists have a complete lack of empathy, and they don't want you to get better. They make money and they're pushed to put meds in us. Research doctor Casey means. Will never go back to this place , after my 2nd visit I literally had awful visits and all the hospital can do is apologize for the neglect that happened and being misdiagnosis. It took an urgent care to diagnose and treat me and my infant , which turns out we both were tested positive for COVID. Some of the staff don't know how to care for children for example telling an infant whose terrified of doctors to be quiet, like WTH. If I could give 0 stars I would. I go to the Torrington branch and I am constantly waiting on medication refills after I’m already out, my psychiatrist doesn’t even remember what I told her the last time and mistakes me for other patients. She doesn’t listen and is unresponsive. Horrible.
