I waited nearly 2 months for PHP since I was discharged from their partnered hospital in February. CHH staff denied me equal access to treatment (PHP Program) although I told them I am autistic and in need of a stable routine and schedule. They dropped me down to IOP services because they said another patient recognized me. They wouldnt tell me who, yet they got to know who I was. So my providers out on maternity leave i had to submit refill requests numerous times the last few months due to Shortages which was a nightmare. Now im almost out of my meds I submit a request and they sent it in but it was canceled at the pharmacy because they screwed up last month without me noticing because ive been on the same meds same dosage for years I didnt notice the provider whose covering for my dr had screwed up and chamged my prescription to half of what im supposed to be taking but gave the same quantity and c... read more
