Very shady company. After a year contract with them (as a homeowner), I couldn't be more disappointed. You would have far less headaches self managing, even if you're halfway around the world from Charlotte.
Do not rent from This company. He don’t like to fix nothing , his houses are old worn out. He won’t hire a real contractor to come and fix houses. Bryce have a very nasty attitude.
I am a property owner that experienced a major problem with a hot water heater exploding in an attic and flooding the 3 floors below. Bryce did an amazing job of having a mitigation team out there in under an hour. He also advised and guided me throughout the entire process of dealing with vendors and insurance companies. I was very happy with the service.
So far nothing affordable.
