I was delighted to find out Charlotte Home Decor installs both horizontal and vertical blinds. I called to check on my custom-made order today I placed in late May, with a 50% deposit. Nancy was very pleasant and let me know my custom-made order was not only in, but she woold be in sending a 2-man crew to install it. How amazing is that? I ordered 2 types of blinds, one horizontal for the office, and the second, a beautiful, soothing blue shade for my lanai.
