This review is for the office, not the dr. Dr. Lopez is good, very helpful and caring. The rest of the office, however, is the worst ever. I have been going for almost a year. The scheduling has been difficult, with the staff forgetting appointments and not knowing what’s going on. I called a few weeks ago to refill a prescription, after CVS has reached out multiple times to refill, to be put on hold for 20 minutes. The called in the prescription with zero refills. Whenever I walk into a Dr. office I am always afraid that they wont listen to my story or they will diagnose quick just to move on to the next patient. I’ve been to a ton of Cardiologists that were quick to prescribe a medicine and wont tackle the issue. Dr. Lopez is an incredibly talented and caring physician, he sat down with me took the time to look over my records and walk through my issues. Now I feel I am on the right track and feel better than I’ve felt in a long time. Thank you to Dr. Lopez and its team.
