My husband and I met with Dr. Kitchener, Dr. Lopez and Candy. They were so wonderful, kind and caring. They took the time to explan everything in great detail and very comprehensive. I was put at ease by them during a stressful time. I was very impressed with their knowledge, compassion and willingness to answer any and all concerns. I truly appreciate and are thankful for them. The office staff is awesome and so helpful. I left their office confident that I am in the best hands and care possible.

This team of caring professionals are absolutely top-notch, a class act! They all function as a cohesive team, from the receptionist who greets you, to the provider who treats you, and every technician, nurse, and assistant whom you encounter along the way. Cardiac issues can be scary, but these wonderful caregivers take the time to put you at ease, explaining all tests and procedures, ordered or performed, and answering any questions you may have. They definitely put your care above all else!

I was nervous for my first appointment and the tests that I needed to get done, but every single member of the staff I interacted with was so nice and made me feel at ease. I never felt rushed during my appointments and everything, from tests, medication and results, were always explained to me in a way I could understand. Thank you!

They over billed me, they admit they told me the wrong price for my office visit. The office staff didn’t explain the payment well and the supervisor even told billing that office staff messed up. But they are not fixing it, they still want me to pay full amount. It took almost an entire month to be able to speak with billing department. I left 4-5 messages a week to the office and to billing. I have not taken my mom to her first new patient appt yet, however, I needed to put a review up to say how fantastic the people answering the phones are. They helped me and went out of their way to help with my mother's out of state insurance as well as getting her in within a week of calling. That's unheard of for the cardiologists here in Fort Myers where I live. I am sure her appt and the Dr will be amazing!
