Professionalism to its Best
This review is for the office, not the dr. Dr. Lopez is good, very helpful and caring. The rest of the office, however, is the worst ever. I have been going for almost a year. The scheduling has been difficult, with the staff forgetting appointments and not knowing what’s going on. I called a few weeks ago to refill a prescription, after CVS has reached out multiple times to refill, to be put on hold for 20 minutes. The called in the prescription with zero refills.
