Disappointed in the home watch service and attention to detail which is so important as a seasonal resident. Received invoice for services 10 months after service with no detail. Often interior inspection lasted only 4-5 min for a 3000+ sq ft home which was supposed to include running water in sinks/toilets/showers. Didn't make me aware that weeds were so significant in the pool area that the weeds were hanging down into the pool. Often, the alarm was armed incorrectly on exit. Feb./Mar. 2017 **** & ******* ** We very much enjoyed our stay, everything was as advertised. Frank was amazing, we had a couple of minor problems and Frank showed up within minutes and handled to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend Charlotte Harbor Vacation Rentals. We are looking forward to our stay next Feb./Mar. 2018

We so enjoyed the home we rented from Charlotte Harbor Home Watch & Property Management. Frank was very helpful and always responded immediately if we needed him. The home was beautiful and so very comfortable, just as it was advertised. We are renting with Frank again next year and hopefully many more!!
