My niece was married there and the wedding was beautiful, the facilities were nice but some of staff was rude and they ended up changing my nieces pricing on her and to top it off wouldn't allow her to take the leftovers home with her. I wouldn't recommend it.

Would you mind contacting us about which event this service experience was at so it can be addressed? We do have a standing policy regarding leftovers - since we often are preparing food for many people at one time, the cooking process starts much earlier - not like a restaurant where the food is made to order. It is a health and safety policy that we do not allow leftovers to be taken home. When possible, we do make donations to local food pantrys or the Homeless Coalition with leftover food.
A great very flexible venue for different kind and sizes of events. I have worked several events here as Photobooth operator. The view over the harbor and bridges is beautiful. Hotels close. Recommend for corporate events or weddings.

Excellent venue for Weddings and all special events the staff food service is awesome. Wedding event manager sandy is very creative and is always fun to work with as well as Clare Vicki Jim and others.
