Walked in with my husband to look at Yoder pellet grills. The person working was with someone else which is fine but we walked around the whole store twice (10mins plus?) without any acknowledgement until were headed out the door. I guess we can buy a grill online.

I recently purchased a grill and outdoor kitchen components from Charlotte Grill Company, and the experience began to go sideways almost immediately after placing the order. We placed our order on March 21 and were told to expect delivery in approximately 2 weeks. In reality, the order was not delivered until April 29—over a month later. During that time, communication was consistently poor. I recently purchased a Napoleon Phantom Prestige from Charlotte Grilling Company, and the entire experience was top-notch. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They handled delivery and installation seamlessly, and made sure everything was set up and ready to go. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and their customer service reflects that. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality grills and excellent service — I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Be sure and drop by for a hefty serving of condescension. Don't be mistaken by the "Mon-Fri" sign printed near the door. They are open on Sat too. The lumberjack inside will be sure to tell you that "it says so on the website". As if to say Duh! Got a product question, "JACK" will deliver you a rehearsed line of swift talking superiority leaving you thinking, wow, I must be too ignorant for this place.
