I recently purchased a grill and outdoor kitchen components from Charlotte Grill Company, and the experience began to go sideways almost immediately after placing the order. We placed our order on March 21 and were told to expect delivery in approximately 2 weeks. In reality, the order was not delivered until April 29—over a month later. I recently purchased a Napoleon Phantom Prestige from Charlotte Grilling Company, and the entire experience was top-notch. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. They handled delivery and installation seamlessly, and made sure everything was set up and ready to go. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and their customer service reflects that. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality grills and excellent service — I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Be sure and drop by for a hefty serving of condescension. Don't be mistaken by the "Mon-Fri" sign printed near the door. They are open on Sat too. The lumberjack inside will be sure to tell you that "it says so on the website". As if to say Duh! Got a product question, "JACK" will deliver you a rehearsed line of swift talking superiority leaving you thinking, wow, I must be too ignorant for this place. When I went in to look for a pellet grill, the guys pointed me to the Yoder Y640S. They were spot-on for what I wanted. A high-quality grill that is very versatile so I can cook steaks, chicken and about anything you could think of. I can't say enough good things about Yoder Grills, The Charlotte Grill Company and the guys in the store. This Thanksgiving turkey is the best I have ever had.
