If you check out office site in Huntersville you will see a pattern of front end neglect and unprofessionalisim. My experience with clinical side, colon lower and esophagus upper with Adam Yunis have been excellent, A1.Unfortuneatly has been most difficult to make appointments. Ive called and used mychart to aquire a follow up exam requested by Dr and a month has passed and no appointment. UPDATE 12/19/24 I reached out to the email below that the business said to send a message to. Never received a response or call from a manager like they said. I even followed up with another email. Completely ghosted. Don't hold your breath when trying to communicate with this practice. ****Original Post**** My mother went in for a colonscopy she didn't want, but we persuaded her to as it was supposed to be a preventative health routine for her age. Dr Michael Ryan was great during our video appointment, the nurse who started my IV was great, and the CRNA was awesome! I’ve always had anxiety getting put to sleep and she made it a very easy process.
