Incredible experience here at the Huntersville location. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, to the anesthesiologist, to the actual doctors, everyone is incredibly kind and caring. Each one of them explains exactly what is going to happen and what to expect during the procedure you are having. I highly recommend this office and their entire team of healthcare professionals.
I’ve never dealt w a more incompetent medical office in my life. Trying to get hold of someone on the phone can be a 45 min ordeal with multiple transfers only to end up leaving a voice mail. No one calls back. Dr Barrett’s team is never available. I had to repeatedly -through my chart & phone calls- contact the office for the prescription for colonoscopy prep & then call for instructions! The day prior to procedure the hospital called me to let me know I needed to come to the hospital to pick up the contrast medication for ... read more
Thay were running a little behind but kept me up to date. The staff was great. They explained everything that they were doing and what to expect. I was a little nervous but the staff calmed those feelings. I'd give them 10 stars.

From the time I walked in the door the entire staff was so inviting they made me feel so comfortable great sense of humor great knowledge this whole team deserves 10 Stars not five stars . This is an TOP TIER medical office staff. Honorable mentions to name a few and no particular order Chris Kerri Brenda Lisa Julie and Britt. If I miss the name forgive me but this entire staff is excellent I highly recommend their service.
