I’ve never dealt w a more incompetent medical office in my life. Trying to get hold of someone on the phone can be a 45 min ordeal with multiple transfers only to end up leaving a voice mail. No one calls back. Dr Barrett’s team is never available. I had to repeatedly -through my chart & phone calls- contact the office for the prescription for colonoscopy prep & then call for instructions! Thay were running a little behind but kept me up to date. The staff was great. They explained everything that they were doing and what to expect. I was a little nervous but the staff calmed those feelings. I'd give them 10 stars.
Good experience. Nice people. Everything was prompt and smooth. Strongly recommend.
From the time I walked in the door the entire staff was so inviting they made me feel so comfortable great sense of humor great knowledge this whole team deserves 10 Stars not five stars . This is an TOP TIER medical office staff. Honorable mentions to name a few and no particular order Chris Kerri Brenda Lisa Julie and Britt. If I miss the name forgive me but this entire staff is excellent I highly recommend their service.
If you check out office site in Huntersville you will see a pattern of front end neglect and unprofessionalisim. My experience with clinical side, colon lower and esophagus upper with Adam Yunis have been excellent, A1.Unfortuneatly has been most difficult to make appointments. Ive called and used mychart to aquire a follow up exam requested by Dr and a month has passed and no appointment.
