Had a great visit today with Dr Josephson and all the staff at Charlotte Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Huntersville! I used to see Dr Moore before he retired, so today was my first time to meet Dr Josephson! Such a very nice doctor!! The staff could not have been more helpful!! Very nice visit, in and out quickly and my health issues were all addressed.
Dr Younis is the Best He understands me and my issue and explains in detail what can be done and not rushed Answers all my concerns very appropriately The office is clean and receptionist very good Hal
There is a obvious pattern that clinical experience excellent, and I agree, but administrative 3rd rate. I had a very difficult time scheduling upper GI last Fall. Numerous calls unanswered. When I finaly got to scheduler she gave me her extension and suggested to call her direct next time.I recently reached out for a Dr recommended upper and contact number not in service? I demanded I speak to office mgr and no return call, just another run around. Found someone that said she had my back and would get me scheduled but no re... read more
I had an endoscopy, and they knocked out a healthy front tooth. They refused to replace!! It had been horrible, just trying to get a response. It took more than 3 months!! Very disappointing.
