My name is Yvette Sayles. Gyna. My experience with Dr. Crews has been wonderful. At our first visit, he was able to get me in the hospital due to my breathing shallow and inability to walk. I was in the hospital for 7-10 days. I am that he admitted me. My blood was turning acidic. It was caught at last minute and Dr. Crews suggested blood transfusion. Dr. Crews and the nursing staff were wonderful, but the administrative staff at this office are incompetent at best. I encountered multiple issues, and would highly recommend seeking care elsewhere. I had an upper endoscopy for which I received an estimate of $94. Several weeks after the procedure I received a bill for $1336.27. Upon reaching out to the office, I was told that I needed to reach out to my insurance because the insurance told them the cost was $94. Dr. Nicholas Crews helped my mom through a very difficult gastro infection in a highly efficient way. And his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with, especially Stacey who took her time to carefully explain all of the difficult steps and processes to me in a kind, patient and friendly manner. Much appreciated them both.
