"During a personal visit for stitches she became dismissive and rude when I refused a tetanus shot. During my second appointment with her in Urgent Care for my daughter she misdiagnosed her. When I questioned her she was rude and dismissive and treated me passive aggressively. Her assistant came in with the same attitude and I requested a second opinion.
