Great family practice
The absolute worst healthcare I have ever received or witnessed. I am a health care provider with the large institution in town and specifically sought out care at Charlotte/Evergreen care hoping for more personalized care of a smaller practice. In my professional role I work as a healthcare advocate throughout the county. I have never experienced care this poor in my personal life or in my professional role. I encourage folks to seek care elsewhere.
