I wish I could give them 0 stars! Their lack of concern and compassion for patients is unreal. I do understand dr's surgeries run over but to call and cancel on a diagnosis appt with no alternative solution is unprofessional. They appointment setter had the nerve to ask me why did I canceled an appt for 3 weeks away...not realizing the oblivious that I had an appt today! DUHH!!! I would not Refer my dog there!
