We saw Dr Coughlin today for a tube consult for our son. He was great with our 8 month old, took his time explaining everything, answered our questions, and was able to get us booked for surgery quickly. His nurse, Casey, was a God sent today. She advocated for us with the surgery scheduler and our insurance company so that we could get in quickly, and really worked hard to make sure we understood the financial pieces of our visit.
