RecommendedI definitely recommend Charlotte Emergency Dental. Staff was very professional and friendly. Assistant made me feel so comfortable. And Dr. Yu is EXCELLENT...!!! So Fast. In a short time he extracted my two teeth with no pain and made me feel so comfortable while the whole process.
I had to go on Sunday, October 11. Ended up having my crown and underlying tooth removed and a bone graft put in place. Everyone was incredibly friendly and professional. If you can’t get to your own dentist, this is a good place to go and the only place open on Sunday.
So happy I found this place! I called on a Saturday morning, was seen the same day. They accommodated me with my kids and had me out of there in under and hour! The receptionist, nurse and dr were phenomenal and friendly! So happy to not be in pain anymore!
The staff was very courteous and professional. They got my husband in and out in under 2 hours. They extracted a tooth & it did not cost an arm & leg.
Dr. Yu is always great! So kind and fast! The assistant was very friendly as well and they made me feel welcome, safe, and cared for! Thanks again Charlotte Emergency Dental!
Let me start this off with saying I am (was) deathly petrified of the dentist due to some very bad past experiences. When I arrived today I was in excruciating pain- I could not take it anymore, and for me with my fear of dentist that should say something. It was not the most “normal” exp due to COVID precautions, however once it was my turn it was perfect. I had been in excruciating pain for 3 days straight from a bad tooth that needed to be extracted. I’d tried every home remedy and over the counter option available. Nothing worked. I contacted Charlotte Emergency Dental and was told I could come in right away as a walk in. I am SO glad I did. Dr. Wright was so kind and assuring that he would get me out of pain and that the extraction would be painless. He was right. super excited to find a dentist who could cut out a tooth on the weekend and not have to wait over a month for an appointment! the staff were fantastic and the doctor.... AMAZING!
