Sarah is fabulous. I visit her store whenever I’m in Santa Fe. I recently misplaced a ring and ordered something similar online. She immediately got in touch and let me know that she had the original ring in stock and has already got it mailed to me. Can’t get better customer service than that. Love their jewelry, it’s so unique and very well priced. Highly recommend.
I filled out their "contact me" form online and someone phoned me within minutes, super friendly & answered all of my questions. Now that is great service! The following day I visited this store to exchange sizes in a ring that my boyfriend bought me at the associated store in Germany. I live in Austin so I obviously couldn't fly all the way to Germany to exchange & see the other products so I made a trip to Santa Fe while visiting family in the area. Have only talked to Sarah over the phone. She is so nice and helpful that it feels like I know her. Have ordered quite a few pieces of jewelry from her and plan to order more in the future. Have been a Charlotte fan for years. Thanks Sarah for beeing so friendly and professional.
Read the fine print on the receipt they had you as their no refund policy is not articulated in person. My husband and I went into this store and purchased a replacement wedding band and a necklace. While we are thrilled with the wedding band, the necklace notsomuch. I sent an email to the Manager, Sarah who forwarded my complaint to the owner who inadvertently responded to me insinuating that I had buyer's remorse and used very disparaging language about a customer he had never met. We absolutely adore the ring Anthony picked out with Sarah. She showed us how to change out the pearl and he loves wearing it with amethyst. I can't wait to come back and pick one out, too!
