Love my new Velotric Breeze 1 ebike. It has alllll the bells and whistles at a reasonable price. Great components. Awesome paint job. The people working there are so helpful and walk you through everything. Great place!
This is an amazing Uptown cycle Community they help me with my bike and did a really good job with the repair for a really good price I would highly recommend this place to anyone regardless of your bike they will take care of you
World class experience from the moment I walked in to explain the issues with my rig to the moment I left with my repaired bike. High caliber customer service, wealth of knowledge from the staff members who explained everything in depth, affordable cost for assessment & repairs needed, paired with warm welcomes & goodbyes. Don't need to shop around whatsoever in the future. Will only bring the bike in here for repairs when needed in Charlotte.
They are efficient, and reasonable. Most times I’ve got my bike ready before the day they promise.
