The team at Charlotte Cycles went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I can't recommend them enough. Quentin had multiple calls and emails with me, answered all my questions, and educated me on the best decision to make about doing maintenance on an existing bike vs buying a new one. It's really nice to find a bike shop you can trust.
