My husband and I are looking to relocate to NC from NJ and we were given Charlotte's contact info by a mutual friend. Upon our first zoom meeting we felt comfortable with Charlotte. Charlotte did a wonderful job in helping us find --and close on -- a special home in a highly desirable neighborhood. She was quick to understand our needs and organize our search so that every home we saw was a plausible option, which saved time and trouble for us. When we found a home we wanted, she negotiated aggressively on our behalf. She was always available and, when necessary, worked overtime to get agreements drafted and signed.
