Martin, the technician arrived on time and got right to work. He advised me of what he had done and offered me a maintenance agreement which made sense to me so I did that. Everyone experiences Murphy's Law. But it's the exceptional people that handle it with grace, respect and service. Robin and Rio were exceptional even though an unfortunate mishap by a supplier caused us an uncomfortable delay. I am very pleased with Charlotte Comfort Systems.
