Would not recommend. Predatory hvac company. Tell you any lie to get your business, then you're on your own when they mess up your system. Plenty of other Hvac companies to choose from. This isn't the one. The owner is a lair.
Run don't walk from this company. You're gonna pay more and get terrible costumer service. Trust me. We bought 2 brand new full systems from this company. They talked us away from another company claiming better products and service. Well after one year our compressor outside was making a ton of noise. We had the newest but loudest ac units on the block. They came out several times at our expense and changed parts that didn't fix the issue. I may have posted a partial review but am posting again, as I didn’t finish. We contacted several companies when our heating system stopped working. Charlotte Comfort Systems was the only company that didn’t try to talk us into anymore than had to be done. Both Martin G and Robin S were very professional and easy to talk to. The repair was done quickly, and we are so happy to have heat again. We will definitely call them again, should we need service.
