Excellent company to deal with. We have dealt with them for both heating and air conditioning service for many years and will continue to use them for many more.
I have been using Charlotte Comfort systems for years. We have purchased new systems from them and the installation went great. They service both systems that we have and we have never had any complaint. Great people to work with. Caleb Mitchem serviced our equipment and did a great job. Very happy with the service.
Rio was excellent. He took the time to service our unit.He kept us informed along the way and took care of any concerns/issues. He's very personable and friendly.
Johar (Rio) did Very quick work and very affordable. Capped an old gas line that would have connected to an old dryer. Very nice as well!
