This company replaced my entire hvac system in 2017. I’ve used them twice a year for preventative maintenance. I always maintain my system. The technicians are not dependable or reliable and frankly they are dishonest. They will tell the dispatch team they finished a job and they didn’t. They miss appointments. They don’t show up. Terribly run company. Owner doesn’t have a clue what serving a customer looks like or how to put his customers and their needs ahead of his personal schedule. He doesn't return calls, makes excuses for everything and points the finger at everyone but himself. My elderly parents do all of the regular maintenance and have for years, but they always have issues with their AC unit or have even had issues with a thermostat being installed and programmed correctly. We cannot say enough about the professionalism or their enire team or their customer service! The support from the home office has been spectacular! We are so happy with our service and support from the Charlotte Comfort Systems team that we would highly recommend them to anyone. We are more than satisfied with the support and service we receive from Charlotte Comfort Systems and do not hesitate to refer our neighbors to them when they ask about their heating and air conditioning needs. That came out 06/25/26 did a great job doing the pm on my system, now the air blowing out is even cooler than before, thanks to the tech that came out and Robin in the office.

Service tech was on time, checked entire a/c system in and out and replaced the 5” filter with one we had purchased online. And changed a burned out light bulb with one we had on hand. Very satisfied with the service.
