We brought a van from here and the windshield had a crack and it was leaking. We replaced the windshield and the windshield is still continuing to leak. The owner had his mechanic to look at it twice and they still haven’t fixed the problem. The owner said that they weren’t going to do anything else to fix the problem. This is bad business practice and I suggest that you learn to please your customers. I won’t ever buy a car there again nor will I recommend this place to anyone

Family owned. These people were fantastic. No pressure situation. They worked with our daughter whom is currently stationed in Korea. She wanted a car waiting for when she arrives home. They are knowledgeable about power of attorney's and the military pay. I highly suggest them to friends and family. Thank you for a great experience.

Probably the best dealership experience I've ever had! I found a Honda on Autotrader that looked really clean in photos and decided to give Charlotte Auto Group a call.
