Replaced home and 2 other buildings all in 1 day. Cleanup was great. I highly recommend.
I thought the attic was getting over heated and hence rooms underneath it. I invited Charlotte Ave Roofing to inspect and put a vent or exhaust fan. Vasily inspected it. Most of the contractors try to make money out of you, he was honest is saying any additional changes would not help and I should look to replace AC unit. I appreciate his honesty.

Working with Charlotte Ace Roofing to replace our roof was a very good experience. We had a water leak that caused some significant damage while we were out of town. Charlotte Ace Roofing was one of several companies we had look at the roofing. We could have done a repair and moved on but with a 14 year old roof we opted to replace.
