I called Charlotte Ace Roofing to replace one facia board (very small job) and Vasily with Ace got back to me immediately. The men who made the repair could have been nicer. Their work was also excellent. When I need my roof replaced, there is no doubt who I will be calling.
Vasily and his team are a pleasure to work with. We’ve been planning on a new roof for two years. We finally were ready and Vasily explained everything to us in detail. After several quotes and interactions with other roofers we moved forward. Would highly recommend.

One of most professional people I have met in a long time. Wasn’t trying to overcharge me. Kept me informed throughout the entire process. The crew was great and the roof looks amazing
Vasily provided a roof inspection, then provided standard roof maintenance and gutter cleaning/guard installation. While one company recommended I needed a whole need roof, he on the other hand was rationale with the correction needed. Very reasonable, respectful, and responsive. Reachable at anytime, and flexible with my schedule while away from home. Highly recommend!
