Purchased a Sienna Van from Charlie's. Van was in excellent condition. Sales team was friendly and very helpful. I would purchase from them again.
So glad I've found a local car shop!! Tired of taking my car outta town to get something minor fixed! They fixed my front headlight yesterday for a MORE than fair price and now that I know they do inspections I came back today and they had it inspected in under 10 minutes!! They are just fantastic!

My wife & I have purchased 3 vehicles from Charlies and haven't had any issues with any of them. If you want an absolute trouble free automobile then you need to go to a new car dealership! Charlie's Used Cars has been good to us so im giving the best review i know how.

Charlies has been good to me and my family.
Our car broke down & we just happen to pull over by this place. It was pouring down rain, they looked at our car & ordered our part for us. It took 2 hours for the part to get there. They were so friendly & welcoming to our family. They offered to take us anywhere we needed to go if we was hungry or anything. They let us come in the office & sit until our part got there, they were very accommodating our needs & did their best to make sure we was comfortable. This place truly has some of the best & most caring workers!
These folks know how to treat people. They go out of their way to help you. i got a great vehicle valued way below KBB value. Thank you Matt and your son for making this a wonderful and painless purchase.
I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice and they had alot of them in the lot. I had priviously gone to three different dealers in Huntsville and ten able to find on a used car I "qualified" for was $630 which is rediculous for a used car AND I was looking for something fuel efficient and just was not being offered them. The bank had approved me for a 95% book value loan.
