Went in this past Saturday to get tattooed by Justin and was very impressed! We had to make some adjustments and he accommodated my changes without any question. He was very professional and made sure I was as comfortable as possible given the extended time he was working on me. I was getting a back piece and was anxious about be exposed all day but he went out of his way to make sure I was covered and comfortable which was sincerely appreciated! Called at 1 pm today and asked how long a piercer would be in and was told until 11 pm. I walked in the doors at 4 pm and they claimed to be to busy to get me in. So I drove 1 hour for nothing, I will NOT be back!!!!

Hi Kelly, thank you for telling me about your experience today. We have two Piercers that worked today, one from 10am-5pm and the other from 5-11pm. When you came in we had several people waiting already and would certainly have gotten you in, we take people in the order they come in though. Sometimes that does mean there is a wait to get a piercing or a tattoo. We don't rush through any procedures and always want to make sure everyone has a good and safe experience here. My daughter has been going to Tattoo Charlies for a while now. She had been to several different shops and has decided to make Charlies her always and forever for piercings and tattoos. I finally went with her to get our Mother Daughter tattoos. Justin found a mistake in the drawing we showed him and fixed it. I first want to say that my friend and I came in today to get a piercing each. Sara arrived before me and had hers set up with Moy when I got there. He was very professional and totally awesome. He was very helpful and explained everything, and answered all our questions. He was going to do mine as well but it was almost 5 and he was due to leave and didn't want to take business from the next piercer coming on. I've gotten a tattoo that healed perfectly, no pain for me, very friendly staff. I also got my septum pierced there and my ring fell out and they tapered it for me and got me a new ring. LOVE THIS PLACE
