I got my first tattoo with Elli tonight and I couldn’t be happier. She was incredible. Elli made sure the design was how I wanted and helped when I seemed a little stuck on what to do for my design. She talked to me the entire time which made the process a lot more relaxing. My tattoo came out perfectly and honestly it didn’t hurt much through the entire experience. I got my first tattoo tonight from Tattoo Charlie’s on Preston and I am so pleased with the results. My artist was Annie. She was very kind and did a wonderful job. Everything was very professional and clean. I’m 100% coming back for more!
No value in customer loyalty. my tattoos look like crap. won't honor gift certificates I've bought here myself. charging $1 each for o rings now. don't come here!

Been there several times for tattoos and having my nose pierced. They are down to earth as well as knowledgeable and professional. They make sure you understand what you need to do to help keep your tattoo or piercing on the road to healing. I highly recommend Joel if you need a tattoo!!
