I love Charlie's. Been there three times. 100% satisfied. Anyone done plank Vinyl in their motorhome? Do you put it in with the length of the motorhome or crossways? I was told crossways and it doesn't sound right.
I would give them 5 starts if the younger girl up in the front wasn't there. Very rude and unprofessional.

Great place to get just about anything done on your RV. They specialize in Alfas which are hard to get worked on.
If there were a rating more than excellent, I would give it the Charlie's!!!! We bought a used motorhome and went to Charlie's for advice. First, they coached us through installing a new tub. Later, we had problems with the front jacks and took it in for service. When we discovered they still had a glitch, Justin had us bring it right back in and worked on it immediately.
