This is more about u-haul than this particular location. Reservation: my original reservation, booked well in advance was for a location in Morgan City, about 30 miles from this location. Uhaul sent notice the night before pick up that the reservation had been modified and now I had to pick it up in Thibodaux. That's over an hour round trip - what is the point of a reservation? For the last 3 months we have incurred late fee due to no return phone calls and noone in the office. They are supposed to take payments over phone with card on file but they don't return call and noone at the office. This month I've been calling since 5/1/20 to make payment. Nobody answers or returns calls. Very poor customer service.
