This is more about u-haul than this particular location. Reservation: my original reservation, booked well in advance was for a location in Morgan City, about 30 miles from this location. Uhaul sent notice the night before pick up that the reservation had been modified and now I had to pick it up in Thibodaux. That's over an hour round trip - what is the point of a reservation?
