Best BBQ potato my wife ever had! Brisket and ribs were tender and super delicious! Love the vibe!
We stopped here for lunch during a weekend trip to Chatt and I'm so glad we did! The food was delicious (we had chicken and pulled pork) and everyone was super friendly. We mentioned that it was our son's birthday and Elizabeth brought over some complimentary chocolate covered strawberries. I love that an abandoned gas station was converted into a cute bbq joint and it still retains a lot of its original look, including the walk in cooler that now houses the kitchen! Brisket is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE TOUGH!!! By far this is NOT THE BEST brisket in chattanooga!!! If you want melt in your mouth brisket and your money's worth ...give Kevin Brown's a try in Harrison! We will not be going back to Charlie's quick stop very disappointed!!
