Charlie’s Plumbing was referred to us by a family friend. I called them at 8:30 on Monday morning. We had a leak on a hose bib and also on the water main to our home. The hose bib was leaking into our wall. The call taker said she will do everything she could to move some calls around so she could get someone out to our house ASAP because of the leak. Absolutely Top-Notch Service! Ron from Charlie’s Plumbing was fantastic to work with! He was courteous, incredibly efficient, and did a spectacular job. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work. From start to finish, Ron made the whole process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who’s this professional, punctual, and pleasant to have in your home. Burning down the house! They don't give the quality of work they used to. I've used them for years and was happy, but not anymore. I learned my lesson recently. In 2023, they installed a new propane water heater in my laundry room. I questioned the tech why he used a plastic drain pan under my water heater. He said that's all he had in his truck, and it was OK to use. I was concerned about the pilot light right next to the plastic pan.
