After 20 years of going to Charlie’s for my family’s special moments like graduation, birthdays and even weddings, after tonight I will never return. Inconsistent charges and ambivalent management in our last three visits leave me disappointed and frustrated. I have loved the food and wait staff for 20 years and am sad I can no longer call this our go to local restaurant for family celebrations. Sorry, sad and done!
Escargot was great, even 17 years later. Just like we remembered it.
I ordered a ribeye steak & it was so tuff I couldn't cut it so the waiter ordered another steak for me & I couldn't cut that one either. Then the waiter brought out a big sharp knife for me to use but it didn't work. Than I ordered chicken & buy the time I got my chicken my guest was done eating their meal. I would not recommend ordering a steak at Charlies. I did pay for my chicken dinner although I had to finish it at home since it was going on 8:00. My guess couldn't even cut into my steak. Wonderful food, nice bar area.
Our waitress was very sincere and attentive. Our appetizer of pot stickers were amazing! We'd go back just for those!! Salads were so good and the entrees were great too! We even were able to have a few bites of our snickers cheesecake before having to box it up because we were too stuffed. Everything was delicious!

Good Overall Experience The Waitress was Very Attentive and pleasant. Prices were a little higher but what do you expect when you order prime rib!
